Amey Goerlich
Training Center Director & Co-Owner, Chaos Bloom Theater
Amey is the Training Center Director and Co-Owner of Chaos Bloom Theater in Denver, Colorado, and was on a UCBNY Harold team. She was the Artistic Director of E-MPROV.COM, the first online improv theater, from 2014-2016, Producer and Host of Indie Cage Match at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NYC from 2011-2016, and a performer and director at UCB in NYC from 2001-2016. She helped develop The Documentary form at The UCB in New York City, directed UCB Maude Sketch Teams, The first UCB BIPOC Harold Team Astronomy Club, 100s of Indie Improv teams across NYC, and taught her independent improv classes in NYC and across the country at improv festivals and at theaters for the past 20+ years with an emphasis on game of the scene.
She moved to LA in 2016 and became a teacher at Westside Comedy Theater in Santa Monica, California from 2016-2019. She was a writer and co-creator of the Improv Card Game Humans Being that sold on Amazon from 2016-2021. She performed at Westside Comedy Theater in Improv Famous, Women Aren't Funny, and The Faculty Show. She coached improv teams from UCBLA, Westside Comedy, and online groups from around the world. Todd Sullivan
Todd Sullivan is a Denver-based improviser, actor, director, writer, and teaching artist who has devised, directed and/or performed pieces for The Today Show (NBC), La Mama ETC (NYC), The Hammer Museum (LA), The Sundance Channel, Chaos Bloom Theater, Second City, UCB, and for the SF, NY, and Denver Fringe Festivals. He directed the landmark 278th Tiny Desk Concert in which the desk moved across town! He's performed at festivals and shows in Edinburgh, Oslo, Nottingham, Los Angeles, San Francisco, NYC, and Denver. He holds an MFA from the American Film Institute Conservatory and an AB in Theater, Speech and Dance from Brown University.
Nick P Ross
Nick P Ross earned his improv stripes at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in NYC. He was a Harold team member for over five years and performed in numerous improv and sketch shows. He earned NYC runs of two original shows, 'Cool Your J' and his autobiographical storytelling show, 'Highly Evolved Human.' The latter was adapted into a web series on Rainn Wilson's YouTube Channel, SoulPancake. Nick is the longtime host of the Colorado Moth Storytelling series and appears as a member of The Chaos Bloom Mainstage Players and in the cast of 'Tory Spelling: A Storytelling Show.'
Katie Mordhorst
Katie is a longtime improviser with over 18 years of experience studying and performing. She trained at Magnet and UCB theaters in New York City and has appeared in festivals including the Del Close Marathon and the Iceland Improv Festival.
A former television producer, Katie now brings her storytelling skills to the mic as a podcast host, blending humor, insight, and a sharp point of view. You can find her performing at Chaos Bloom, teaching improv in the classroom, and hosting her podcast, “Online Bull$h!t.”
Zak Roland
Zak is a co-owner, teacher and performer at Chaos Bloom Theater in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Kansas City, he moved to NYC in 2014 where he studied comedy and worked at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. He also worked as an actor on a number of television shows including “Law & Order: SVU” & “Blue Bloods” as well as the Steven Spielberg film “Bridge of Spies”.
Zak has studied improv and sketch at the M.I.’s Westside Comedy Theatre and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (LA & NYC). He has written, produced and directed digital content for The Funny Page as well as produced the podcast Kings of Influence featuring Ray William Johnson and Epic Lloyd.
Robert Abbott
Robert is one of the Co-Owners at Chaos Bloom Theater. Robert is an Actor and Comedian from Illinois. He has appeared on TV, in commercials and in indie films.

Kaleb Kohart
Kaleb has been making things up for over two decades, and it’s working out fine. He’s one of the founding members of the RiP — a Colorado-grown troupe now in its 21st year — and the founder and director of An Improvised Musical on Broadway, a Chaos Bloom Theater house team.
He’s performed at festivals and shows in Toronto, San Francisco, Boston, Philadelphia, and Syracuse (Kansas). He’s also a performer and instructor at Chaos Bloom Theater.
Beyond improv, Kaleb has performed in musicals and plays throughout the area, appeared on screens of various sizes in commercials, films, and sketch comedy, and co-hosts Welcome to Cecily, Alaska: A Northern Exposure Podcast.
Nathan Peterman
Nathan Peterman has been improvising for over 25 years in venues throughout the country, including Improv Olympic in Chicago, as well as UCB and The Magnet Theater in NYC. He has also performed at improv festivals in Chicago, NYC, Philadelphia, and Omaha. Now living in Denver, he is overjoyed to have found an improv home at Chaos Bloom, working with old friends and new
Adrian Holguin
Adrian Holguin has been teaching and performing in Denver since 1992. He was the assistant director of Impulse Theater where he performed from 1997 - 2014. He founded the improv troupe, Spontaneous Combustion, at Smoky Hill High School in 1999. Spontaneous continues to entertain the Smoky Hill Community and has produced several talented and celebrated alumni including Bowen Yang. Adrian was recently featured on the Today Show for his work with Bowen and Spontaneous Combustion. Currently he can be found teaching and performing on stages at Chaos Bloom, The King Penny Golden Radio Show and The Mad Librarians with BETC. He is proud to be coaching Denver’s longest running BIPOC team, District 9.
Melo Acevedo
Melo is a clown and musical improviser known for his live interviews and comedic performances with Games Done Quick (GDQ), helping to raise over $5 million annually for organizations like the Prevent Cancer Foundation and Doctors Without Borders. He studied Le Jeu and Clown at Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France, and has trained at UCB with clown teachers like Courtney Pauroso and Chad Damiani. His original clown shows include The Heart of Circinus (Denver Fringe 2025) and CRABMAN (Crowd Work Award, Freaky Weeky). He performs with the improv teams Diet Milk and An Improvised Musical on Broadway, and teaches Level 1 Improv and the monthly Clown Drop-In at Chaos Bloom Theater.
