Non Sequitur Scenes with Kevin Reome Saturday April 5th 12-3pm ($75)

Break out of your regular scenic ruts and create scenes that have never been done before and will certainly never happen again, using discord to reach accord. This workshop focuses on pushing outside of basic scenic designs and taking risks to generate riveting, original scenes. 

Kevin Reome has been teaching improv for 20 years at The Second City Training Center in Chicago. He is a founding member of the long-form improv team “Inside Vladimir” at iO Chicago and also performed with the Upright Citizens Brigade there.

Improv training, both corporate and theater, has taken Reome to the University of Michigan, Detroit, Atlanta, Cincinnati, San Diego, Houston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Mexico City and many others including the Western Michigan University football team and the Detroit Tigers. In 2014 he taught in Osaka, Japan for The Second City.

He wrote and starred in various Chicago shows such as The Eulogist, Rahm Zombie, The Reome Awards of Chicago to Benefits Alzheimer’s Research, Lightfoot Loose and currently hosts and plays monthly in The Reome Ring, with a rotating assortment of all-star Chicago improvisers. Kevin has a B.A. in English and a teaching degree from Western Michigan University.
