Customer Service By Meg Cantwell
In Customer Service Vera balances a near-perfect career in customer service with a budding romance that you, her customers, never asked to witness. While she's more than happy to double-check your authorization forms and provide the proper signatures required for your unprecedented request, she’s kind of busy right now. Mind if she places you on a brief hold? It’s like…The Notebookmeets a Parks & Rec council meeting narrated by Ben Stein in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off . Audiences are encouraged to ask any and all questions for customer service support.
Meg Cantwell: Meg is a Boulder-based performance artist. Her comedic journey started in Boston with an improv team until moving to CO in Fall 2024. She’s dove head first in clown since her first class this summer. Her surrealist, absurdist and sometimes anti-humor work often starts as a thought experiment for her own personal musings and often ends up as a journal entry, a spoken-word poem, or in this case, a show.
Bumpsy by Katie Bowman
Bumpsy is a work in progress of Bowman’s current clown, art, and other comedy bits fused together. This show will be a smorgasbord of whimsy, dark and playful humor with lots of room for audience interaction and more. The biggest goal for this show is to leave you feeling all the feels.
Katie Bowman is a comedic performer and artist based out of Denver. Bowman has been bopping around the Denver comedy scene since 2014 with a background in Improv, Stand up, Clown, and the visual arts. Bowman has been featured on comedy festivals and podcasts all over the country and released her first comedy special/album with Burn This Records in 2024 titled, Neurodivergent Nightmare. Her album also hit number 1 on iTunes and Amazon the week it came out.
